Barbecue in Dipolog

Barbecue or barbeque (informally BBQ or barbie) is a cooking method, a style of food, and a name for a meal or gathering at which this style of food is cooked and served.

 It is a meal, usually in the open air and often as  a political or social gathering, at which meats are roastedover an open hearth or pit.

Everyone loves a good barbecue, but research has shown that grilling meats at high heat can cause the carcinogens heterocyclic amine (HCA) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) to form. And it’s not an insignificant amount.

I don’t know if it’s the thought of summer or what, but I’ve been craving BBQ flavored things. I’m happy to share you my experience in eating barbecue because the taste is delicious and I’m surely you can eat a lot of rice.
